Is the enemy of my enemy my friend?  With the 4th Placenta portal damaged Ono is summoned to the headquarters of the UAC to deal with the fallout and answer to the Nummo.  Yuruga follows closely behind as he tries to determine the Mali Mafia’s and the Nummo’s next move; while also investigating his past as more flashbacks manifest.  The E.U.S.S.R. has launched Project J.I.M. C.R.O.W.E. with the birth of new Adams and Eves.

The Knights of the Nummo from the other 3 bases have been dispatched to recover their fallen and survey the damage.  The E.R. have dispatched agents to the site for intel.  The E.U.S.S.R. has sent their secret mystical unit The Khlysts Sect led by Strannik Rasputin to the site as well.  As all 3  converge on The Venus base will they join forces as they try to determine more about the new threat? Will each take out the other instead and claim global supremacy?  What will happen when the Dogon learn about the E.R., E.U.S.S.R., Project J.I.M. C.R.O.W.E. as well as The Khlysts Sect under Strannik Rasputin?  Can Yuruga alone face these challenges or will he need the help of the Amma Sect?  Is it time for the E.R. to summon their secret force that could change the balance of the world and potentially be the biggest threat?  Yuruga will need the power of Po Tolo more than ever to channel the true power of a Hogon and survive.
